Training Updates
We have dropped new training videos in our core training modules to bring people up to speed with latest developments and processes. They are located in Stage 5 and topics include trademarking, business banking and ecom journey. We advise going through Stage 5 as a whole if you haven't done so already and definitely checking out those new videos. All members have access and more will follow soon.
New DropShipping Suppliers
We know how difficult it can be dealing with suppliers for Drop Shipping. We have you covered. VIP and Premium+ members now have access to an extended list of suppliers worldwide which can be found in the drop shipping lounge. Inner Circle members also have an exclusive list. Please check them out. Their catalogues may also provide some ecom inspiration.
Today's Tip
Making friends with someone one on one can be more challenging than being introduced as part of a group. Finding common ground and relatable topics can be hard to navigate. Did you know this also applies to marketing. Leveraging a group view can really help. Here's how:
1) Competition Pain Points.
Mob mentality, it’s not only about affiliating your customers with your brand—it’s also about creating an “us vs. them” mindset. Think Apple and Android. By positioning yourself as a better alternative you can use confirmation bias to increase your brands standing.
2) Customer Loyalty.
Loyalty helps repeat custom but it’s also helpful at creating a community of dedicated customers who feel like they’re part of something special. Go above and beyond to create positive experiences, build communities and reward customer loyalty. UGC is great for this.
3) Give Back.
We have numerous times expressed how powerful aiding charities and cause are for building a loyal customer base. So here we go again. Your brand might already be a part of an existing cause that goes beyond your products and services and taps into much deeper values of your customers. It really resonates with customers.
