The majority of our community has started with no experience and through networking with like-minded individuals they have built and scaled their own online business.

We host two exclusive retreats each year. Attendees fly out to locations around the globe to network and develop new ideas and strategies, allowing for business and personal development. Experts and the Change team are present to help level up your business and explore areas for further development. Our networking events are a great opportunity for members to get 1-on-1 time with experts, the team and other attendees. Tami has worked in e-commerce for over ten years, mainly in private and white labelling. Tami also plans all our events and retreats and takes passion in creating amazing experiences for our community.
Reece - Founder of Change
Reece has helped countless individuals create stores, websites & nearly any type of business idea they have had. Reece has created hundreds of successful businesses from scratch with a very high success rate!
Josh - Founder of Change
Josh is an expert on social media & has a large amount of experience with generating over 7 figures online. He has helped hundreds of new & existing businesses make sales through social platforms.
Chris - Business Consultant

Wesley is our Shopify expert with over £50m in revenue through Shopify builds over the last 10 years! Wesley has been part of our network for a long time and is an incredible addition to the change team. His focus is strictly on store building for IC members.

Caleb is a new addition to the Change team and builds new tools, apps and resources for our members to streamline their business development. He was pivotal in the launch of our companion app having led the project.
