We've got a busy week lined up an we're sure you do to. Make sure you keep your eyes peeled for what to expect from Change in the near future.

We will soon be hosting our next event, taking place on 9 May in Norfolk, and it give attendees the chance to rub shoulders with other members, network with each other and speak to the team in person. Our team has recently expanded and it will be great opportunity for those attending to get to know them and learn how what support they can offer. We are really looking forward to it and please keep an eye on our instagram for updates before and during the event.
Shopify Automation
Shopify automation is nearly here and we are finalising plans to roll it out to the community soon. Aimed at those with large volumes in there Shopify stores, the process will remove the need to spend time taking care of orders and customer service. This free's you up to grow your business through other avenues and spend time focusing on other things. Speaking of Shopify, the new payment gateway is ready to be used. Reach out if you need more information on either of these resources.
Success Story
This week we want to give a props to a member Caleb who is doing really well with a bespoke product he is offering. Demand for his product is increasing and and it's not often we see members selling something they handcraft themselves. What started as a hobby is now 4 figure monthly business. Caleb used the training provided to create a website and build a high performing brand. He is now looking to branch out of the North American market to Australia.
Today's Tip
Emails are a great opportunity to make an impression on you target audience. Turns out, people love being compliment and having their ego stroked. Who knew?
There are several strategies you can use to leverage this for your business.
Birthday Emails: By including a field in your signup form to gather birthday info you can send a personalised greeting with a special offer on their birthday.
Compliment them: Phrases reaffirming their decision to purchase with you or compliment their decisions go over well.
Exclusive offers. Everyone loves being part of an exclusive club. Use this to your advantage by targeting them with exclusive offers or deals.
