We've had a busy week and March is quickly coming to a close. The team had a blast at our Inner Circle retreat with members, networking and working on their business.
New Inner Circle Retreat
Having recently finished an Inner Circle Only retreat in Spain the team has opened ticket sales for our next one in Italy. Experts will be in attendance and the retreat will take place between June 24th-28th. These retreats are great for getting exclusive access to the team and networking with like minded individuals.
UGC Content
We are in the process of developing a new UGC (User Generated Content) service with in-house content creators. This will be a massive resource supporting the marketing efforts of the Change community. We are also making final preparations for our upcoming Workshop Event which has a focus on UGC. More information will follow soon on our new service so keep your eyes peeled.

Every Monday we release a new podcast featuring members of the team. As you know, we love sharing our insights and experience with the community and strive to bring to the most cutting edge strategies to help you build and scale your online businesses. Success Story
Congratulations to Jamie who’s currently onboarding his product with one of the biggest kitchen retail stores in the UK - Lakeland’s with over 60 stores! Jamie, who has a background in Chef, worked with Anna on his branding and has also been working with Alex for three months now who helped him get in touch with a head buyer for the company on LinkedIn. Congratulations Jamie, this is life changing!
Today's Tip
According to a recent study, 85% of shoppers claim online retailers haven’t met their expectations at least once in the past year. Consumers in the US and UK attributed this to price increases, late deliveries, and excessive shipping costs.
Gen Z were the hardest to impress with 85% saying retailers failed them. Product reviews continue to make or break buying decisions. Baby Boomers and Gen X mostly use search engines, marketplaces, and physical stores. Millennials and Gen Z conduct research on social media with 43% of GenZers researching products on TikTok.
To keep your customers happy, focus on reducing costs, improving fulfilment, and try to cater to younger audiences—as they’re not easy to please.
