Our New Look
You may have noticed some changes to the Members only areas of our website. We are currently in the process of revamping the website to make it easier to navigate and prepare for updates coming soon. This includes new Instagram training and other new features. Please stay tuned for more details
Chinese New Year
As you all will know, Chinese New Year is upon us having kicked off on Saturday. It can have an impact on getting products from your suppliers to your customers. Many of those running online businesses aren't aware of the effect called 'The Empathy Gap'. This is the lack of understanding of customers needs, desires or perspectives. It can be simple as a missed pain point or a lack in a personal touch when providing customer service. To make sure you aren't creating a gap between your business and customers, follow these recommendations. Provide or personable customer support. Personalise and predict your customer’s needs. Offer empathetic solutions to problems.
